New MacBook Pros Having Problems with 7200
With the new MacBook Pros came the ability to upgrade your hard drive from factory with a 7200 rpm drive. These drives allow you access data a little quicker than the normal 5400 rpm drives. With that said, users who may be putting a heavier than average load on the drive may experience issues with the faster drive. Problems include beeping and clicking as well as performance issues.
