Create an SD Card Boot Disk

This may be for the more advanced user, but none the less may still be helpful to those needing a boot disk other than the DVD that came with your new MacBook. This really only applies to the new MacBooks that come with a SD Card slot. One benefit to using this method as opposed to the DVD boot disk is that you can boot up to a full blown version of Leopard as opposed to the installation of Leopard with the limited utilities. You can also write to the SD Card, so if you create a file, you can save it write on the SD Card slot. Take note that the guy in this video uses a high speed SD Card which can be pretty expensive. The cheaper high capacity SDHC cards aren’t as fast and may run the operating system pretty slow. Anyway, enjoy the video.
