New High-End MacBook Air
The new high-end MacBook Air turns out to be slower than it’s predecessor. The older processor was a 1.86GHz processor where as the new processor that takes the place of this older cpu runs at 2.13GHz. Speed tests rate the older processor as performing faster when benchmarked. The storage access capabilities also show to perform faster in certain file access methods. This also applies to running graphic tests as they older model seems to out perform the newer updated model. This may be something to look into if you are considering the purchase of a MacBook Air.
